ADDCO's
chairman of the board. He founded the company
in the early-1960's pioneering the after market anti-sway
bar industry, attaining national leadership in that market.
Under his direction, the company was first to develop "cold
forming" of preharded bar stock, incorporate polymer
bushings into anti-sway bars, and manufacture bars from up
to 2-1/8" and 3" respectively. Mr. de Marcellus
is an industrial Engineer graduate of Georgia Tech, a university/business
lecturer, an author and is active as an engineer with ADDCO. |

Edmond
(Ed) G. de Marcellus |
President
and CEO since April 1994. He studied business at Appalachian
State while designing, building and initiating operations
at the North Carolina Facility (NCF). As President, he has
achieved a 10-fold increase in sales while directing a 2-fold
expansion and the consolidation of Florida operations into
the NCF. Mr. de Marcellus has extensive experience in steel
fabrication technology, is a skilled machinist and designer,
and led development efforts leading to SEMA award winning
in-vehicle disconnecting anti-sway bars for which several
patents are pending. |

Daniel
(dan) W. Osborne
|
Vice
President of OEM operations since March, 2000. His responsibilities
include new business development, product quality control
and customer service. He served as Director of Manufacturing
Operations from April 1999 until March, 2000. During this
period he was instrumental in establishing productions at
the North Carolina Facility, and led the ADDCO team to QS-9000/ISO
9001 certification. Mr. Osborne has had extensive experience
in manufacturing and machining including CAD, CNC and Laser.
